[Offshore] Finance, Marketing, HR, Engineering Drafting, Teaching, Insurance Broking and More — Low-Score Invitations Keep Coming. Opportunity Favours the Prepared.
So far this financial year, as someone who has long specialised in offshore skilled migration, two categories of occupations have genuinely surprised me. The first was the 6 October Subclass 189 invitation round, where all offshore engineering applicants were invited at just 65 points. The second is the ongoing trend over recent months of arts, commerce and business applicants receiving invitations for Subclass 491 and Subclass 190 state-nominated migration, with the majority of scores clustered at base scores of 55–75.
