Processing priorities moved again this week: Subclass 190 onshore priority occupations are now at August 2026, Subclass 491 at May 2026 and Subclass 191 at February 2026, with Subclass 482, 186 and 494 also shifting. The end-of-August Subclass 189 EOI pool shows early childhood and secondary teaching backlogs still building, the Graduate Diploma of Management closes to new international students from 5 October 2026, and Tasmania issued 34 Subclass 190 and 25 Subclass 491 invitations.
