For Australian users, we handle personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

For users within China, where Chinese law applies, we handle personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (PIPL), on the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and good faith, and we will clearly explain to you the purpose, manner, scope and retention period of the processing.

Where the processing of personal information requires consent, your submission of a contact form, ticking of a consent box, proactive contact with us or continued communication with us may be regarded as your consent to our handling of your relevant information in accordance with this Policy. As we have business or service teams in both Australia and China, the information you submit may be accessed, processed or stored in Australia, China or other relevant regions.
