As early as the initial COVID period, when Subclass 189 invitations stalled and state Subclass 190 and 491 scores were too high or restrictions too tight to secure an invitation, we were already recommending that applicants with relevant work experience in their nominated occupation use the Subclass 407 Training visa as a bridging pathway!
