Queensland issued the first round of pre-invitations on the evening of October 5th. The third largest state is also lowering the threshold for submitting applications this financial year despite the reduction in quotas. The quota for 190 is 900 and the quota for 491 is 650, so I am very curious how they will issue invitations.
