Employment has almost become a standard requirement, whether onshore or offshore, and the occupations invited are almost all priority occupations in high demand. Early Childhood Teachers (ECT) have received a fair number of invitations, but competition remains fierce — onshore candidates need high-paying ECT employment, while offshore candidates need to claim ECT work experience for bonus points. High-scoring onshore applicants without employment have so far heard nothing.
