A reminder again:From 1 November 2023, temporary visa applications lodged onshore will again require health examinations, such as485/500/600/590/408 and others.Please lodge as soon as possible so you can save more than AUD 400 in medical examination fees, especially if you are extending a 485 visa.

Skills assessments



University Lecturer, returned to China after studying in Australia to do postdoctoral pure research. Lodged on 12 October, received a fast-track slot on 19 October, and obtained a positive result this week.

ACS refusal overturned successfully!
The client had a Chinese qualification and multiple periods of work experience in China. Because the former employer had changed names, salary evidence was insufficient and social insurance records could not be provided in full, ACS refused the application without requesting further documents. After our team carefully analysed the refusal letter, fully communicated with the client and provided a detailed submission letter to align the details and evidence with the assessment requirements, the skills assessment was finally approved just over a month later.

Conference and Event Organiserskills assessment successfully approved.

TRA Welder skills assessment Stage 1 passed
The client has an Australian welding qualification and years of welding experience in both China and Australia. This year they decided to complete a welding skills assessment for a later employer sponsored application. The assessment was lodged on 11 July and passed on 24 October.
