Skilled migration categories such as 190/491/887 have sped up across the board recently, with high volumes — below we share only a selection of the grant notices.

Subclass 491 granted

The main batch has now advanced to mid-2022, while this week the focus was on clearing applications lodged in 2021.

Subclass 189 granted

We are gradually seeing more non-priority occupations that were invited and lodged last October or December

Subclass 482 employer-sponsored nomination approved

The nominated occupation is accountant. The sponsorship application was lodged in early February this year, the nomination application in mid-February, and both were approved together in mid-March.

Subclass 143 granted

Now advanced to applications lodged in late March / early April 2017.

NSW Subclass 190 nomination approved


NSW nominations have been processed quickly lately, with several applicants who received a pre-invitation in mid-February now obtaining their nomination.

NSW Subclass 491 nomination approved


Lodged directly via the RDA stream on 10 March and approved within a week! For offshore applicants in occupations such as engineering, marketing, finance, HR and design, this is a fast, direct and accessible pathway!

QLD state nomination approved


An agricultural scientist on 80+5 points — QLD pre-invitations and nominations are both moving forward, and QLD is now stepping up the pace.

A Developer Programmer on 85+5 points.

Working through applications lodged after receiving an ROI invitation in late February.

Invited within a week of lodging.
