WA International Students — Take Note: Fast-Track Your Skills Assessment for a Migration-Ready Occupation and Secure a Share of at Least 5,000+ Subclass 190 Allocations This Financial Year, With No Work Requirements!

Western Australia‘s state nomination authority published detailed official data on its August pre-invitation round last week. The local graduate stream issued200 pre-invitations,109 of which were Subclass 190 and 91 were Subclass 491; the higher education stream issued 97 Subclass 190 and 53 Subclass 491,and the VET stream issued 12 Subclass 190 and 38 Subclass 491.

Looking at the numbers alone, you might think there’s nothing particularly noteworthy,

but the real surprise lies in theinvitation scores— or more precisely, theinvitation scores for in-demand occupations

— 85 points base score securing an invite —
Accounting / Tax Accounting invited
Multiple ICT occupations
Civil / Chemical / Communications / Mining Engineering / ET

If you think 85 points isn’t actually that low,

then the even bigger draw is thework requirements— or more precisely, job offer and work experience requirements

— for the local graduate stream this financial year —
No current employment required
No job offer required
No work experience of any kind required

If you know that other states have also lowered their requirements,

then Western Australia may give youeven greater opportunities

— it’s not just ‘high scores rule’ —

If you are aWA international student or graduate

at least5,350 Subclass 190and 2,790 Subclass 491 allocations
