Concerts Pile Up This Saturday — NSW Transport Advises “Arrive Early, Don’t Drive”
Plenty of you are heading to Jay Chou’s Sydney concert this Saturday! If you missed out on tickets, here’s one last chance to grab a pair forFREE — details below!
Anyway, back to the main story. This Saturday, alongside Jay Chou’s concert, Harry Styles is also holding shows on Friday and Saturday night — meaning more than 100,000 people will be converging on Olympic Park, and Saturday traffic around Olympic Park is going to be absolutely gridlocked!
In response, NSW Transport has issued an official reminder: “We recommend using public transport wherever possible on the day. Traffic is expected to be heavy and parking will be limited, so please don’t drive.”
“Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid increased demand on public transport and traffic congestion.”
Sydney will also be running extra train and bus services to and from Olympic Park. Full details on additional services can be found at transportnsw.info.
