Subclass 189 Major Invitation Flood! Accountants at 85, Auditors at 75 — Massive IT/Engineering/Offshore Invitations at Low Scores! Full Data Roundup!

Last night NSW Subclass 190 saw a massive invitation round, and this morning the Department of Home Affairs followed with an even bigger one — a true Subclass 189 flood, with accountants, IT professionals, and many other occupations all receiving invitations. Conservatively, we spottedhundreds of invitations!

NSW Subclass 190 also saw another invitation round after close of business yesterday, with many reduced-score invitations!

Electronics Engineer 90+5

Many of the same occupations and scores received invitations, so we won’t repeat the data here — there were many Software Engineers and Auditors. If you see scores lower than NSW’s own stated requirements, that’s correct — NSW has been lowering its requirements across both rounds. Of course, high-demand occupations still require higher scores of 95 or 90 points, though Subclass 189 scores remain somewhat lower!
