1.Aged between 35 and 44
2.10+ years of work experience, with most currently in mid-to-senior roles
3. Married or divorced, with 1–2 children
4.A solid English foundation — with some effort, able to achieve four 6s or even four 7s
5. No particular preference for the nominating state or the 190/491 stream — the ultimate goal is simply to obtain PR
Disadvantaged on EOI points
– Three years of work experience in the nominated occupation
– Four 7s in English
– Not having lived in Australia for at least the past 12 months, and not holding an Australian visa (holding a visitor visa is acceptable)
– One year of work experience in the nominated occupation
– Four 6s in English
– Not having lived in Australia for at least the past 12 months, and not holding an Australian visa (holding a visitor visa is acceptable)
Primary applicant English equivalent to IELTS four 7s 10 points
Nominated occupation on the ACT list 20 points
Work experience of 5–8 years / 8–10 years 15/20 points
Spouse has four 6s in English and has completed a skills assessment on the Canberra list 15 points
Qualification: bachelor’s / master’s 10/15 points
Total score: 70–80 points 2. Primary applicant has a strong English foundation, but the secondary applicant can’t achieve four 6s, or the applicant is single (190/491 stream)
