Study Abroad / Migration Consultant

What You Will Do


1. Familiar with the education industry or related fields; aligned with Newstars values and genuinely passionate about education;

2. Sharp judgment and strong execution skills; goal-oriented and motivated by performance rewards;

3. Proactively develop and maintain prospective client relationships, providing consultation on study-abroad and migration options;

4. Stay current on study-abroad and migration policy updates, and tailor bespoke solutions for prospective clients;

5. Assist contracted clients in preparing institution applications and visa documentation, and guide them through every stage of their study-abroad or migration process.

6. Maintain strong client relationships and consistently enhance satisfaction with our services;

7. Strong written English ability; patient, detail-oriented, and methodical; 


What We Are Looking For


1. Shares Newstars values; honest, responsible and diligent, with the ability to work under pressure;

2. Bachelor’s degree or above; 1+ year of experience in study-abroad or migration consulting; strong sales skills; proficient in English (TEM-8 preferred) or with an overseas study background;

3. Professional conduct and a genuine client-first service mindset;

4. Background in education or overseas study/work experience preferred; prior experience in study-abroad or migration services is an advantage;

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a high degree of enthusiasm for the work.
