If you have lodged an NSW 491 application through us, please contact your dedicated consultant to confirm whether you have received an invitation in this round!

The volume of invitations, along with the scores and occupations involved,

is truly remarkable!

NSW 491 S3 is a Plan B pathway we have consistently recommended, and there is still one final invitation round remaining for this financial year, with the next application window opening in March 2022 and invitations to be issued in April,so there is still an opportunity!!!

However, the NSW Government has tightened guidelines for ROI submissions this financial year, and repeatedly submitting without carefully selecting the optimal region in advance will not only reduce your chances of receiving an invitation, but may also result in losing your eligibility to submit for the subsequent 12 months, and with occupation lists across RDA regions changing frequently, expert guidance is all the more essential!
