University scholarships are here — including a China-only international student scholarship
Victoria University is offering a 10% tuition reduction to new international students commencing Diploma, undergraduate and coursework postgraduate study in 2023!
Once you submit a course application, the university assesses your eligibility on its own. Victoria University has long been known for its low tuition fees, and with the additional 10% reduction it offers outstanding value — under AUD 30,000 a year in tuition!

In addition, the University of Newcastle is offering academically outstanding Chinese international students a scholarship of up to AUD 10,000.
The China Excellence Scholarship was created to attract outstanding students to study at the University of Newcastle. It is a merit-based scholarship that recognises international applicants with strong academic backgrounds and encourages them to keep striving for their best.
The scholarship is awarded automatically to students who have received an offer for an eligible non-quota course and who will commence study at the University of Newcastle in 2023 or 2024.
Eligibility criteria:
– Hold a passport of the People's Republic of China
– Be commencing your first program of study at the university
– Be commencing an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate degree program at the university (excluding ELICOS, Enabling, non-award programs, higher degrees by research, and higher degrees delivered at offshore campuses)
ANU and Macquarie partner up: a 10% tuition reduction for returning alumni!
ANU and Macquarie have jointly reached Australia's first teaching-collaboration agreement:graduates of either institution can enjoy a 10% tuition reduction when they enrol again in the future.
Both universities offer alumni postgraduate support programmes to help their graduates return to study and upskill. The new fee reduction is only the first step in the partnership between the Australian National University and Macquarie University, which also gives international students at both universities the opportunity to undertake an exchange at the other institution to broaden their Australian experience.
Eligible alumni can apply for the postgraduate support programme through the scholarships page on the university website.Applications for the exchange programme open on 1 May 2023, and the exchange programme begins in the first semester of 2024.International students can apply by visiting the student exchange page of their own university.
