Through the complexity and change of 2025, standing at the threshold of 2026 | In the new normal of migration uncertainty, Newstarsec Beijing answers every trust placed in us with professionalism and responsibility

Standing at the threshold of 2026 , looking back and moving forward, Newstarsec knows that behind every new departure stands a family’s solemn trust in the future and their deep hopes for it.

In the year ahead, we will continue to deepen our work across global study-abroad and migration pathways. In a policy environment that keeps shifting, we will keep a clear head and a forward-looking view, drawing on sharper insight and a more solid professional foundation to provide every client who chooses Newstarsec with steady, trustworthy long-term planning — walking alongside them through the currents of change and choice toward a more certain future.

2025 in Review ·

A year in which Newstarsec, amid a complex environment,

kept doing the deep, unglamorous work

This year we chose to slow the pace, shore up the foundations, and respond to market uncertainty with steadier, more disciplined delivery.

Against a backdrop of continued tightening in global migration policy and highly fragmented information, we not only held firm on our core Australian migration business but also, within the narrow policy windows that opened, successfully expanded into diversified pathways such as Australian study — locking in clear, executable plans for several families well ahead of time, in an era defined by volatility.

This year we chased no hype — we delivered only on what was certain.

Core Business · Proof of Capability

2025 saw repeated adjustments to Australian migration policy, back-and-forth changes in state nomination cadence, and a clearly divided market sentiment.

Even in this environment, the Newstarsec team maintained a steady delivery cadence and a solid approval record.

These results are no accident — they rest on a long-term understanding of the policy logic, strict discipline on compliance boundaries, and precise judgement about application timing.

Northern Territory MINT Program

A hard-won breakthrough in a red-ocean market

The Northern Territory government is currently the only jurisdiction in Australia
that allows applicants to secure a Subclass 190PR) state nomination directly by investing in a designated fund.

– Investment amount: from AUD 590,000

– After state nomination: submit the Subclass 60 application within 190 days — permanent residency visa

– Quota: extremely scarce; intensely competitive

Even when places were gone almost instantly, we still secured a quota for our client and carried them through to a successful grant.

We have stayed true to one principle:

compliance as the non-negotiable baseline, and an end-to-end secure-delivery framework built on top of it.

From the initial eligibility assessment through document logic, careful review of files, and on to state nomination and visa lodgement, every step is handled end-to-end by our senior consultant team — delivering genuinely actionable solutions for each client family’s residency planning and asset allocation.

Global Talent 858 GTI/NIV

A textbook win in an overlooked pathway

When people hear “distinguished talent”, the first picture that comes to mind is usually:
senior executives at listed companies,AI5G, or renewable-energy researchers.

But in 2025, we delivered a case that washighly representative precisely because it was an atypical success story——
Distinguished talent — sports category (table tennis)

Client background:

·Age 30

·Trained professionally in table tennis from a young age

·Admitted via the talented-athlete pathway → Studied in Australia

·Returned to the sport while studying, founded a table-tennis club, and quickly built influence in the sector

Through a systematic review and restructuring of his career path, social influence, and long-term contribution — all reflected in the supporting materials — we secured the grant within just over a year — Subclass 858 858 permanent residency visa.

This case confirms once again:

Australia’s Distinguished Talent program is not a tick-box screening exercise
it is a serious assessment of real contribution and real potential.

Northern Territory Offshore 491

The “window-of-opportunity answer” for applicants with low points or non-priority occupations

25 state-nomination cases secured — summary ↑

Most people’s default picture of Subclass 491 is often:
×
Occupation isn’t on the priority list
×
Points aren’t high
×
Offshore applicants basically have no chance

But the Northern Territory’s offshore round of Subclass 491 invitations this financial year completely upended that assumption:

No occupation restriction

No minimum points

Assessed in order of submission

Drawing on a deep understanding of state-nomination policy + and a very strong execution capability,
our team helped a number of clients who originallythought they had no chance successfully obtain their state invitation.

25 — the day the new round of quota-grab opened:·What the team actually looked like

·Upgraded to unlimited ultra-fast fibre in advance

·Deployed anti-intrusion systems

·Everyone on deck in the early hours — in combat-ready mode 2 hour ahead of opening time

·Zero incidents from start to finish; the job finished ahead of schedule

2026 signals, the Northern Territory has made clear:
this kind of opening will continue

4

Aged Care Subclass 482

A pragmatic career-pivot solution for mature-age applicants

This is a program we positioned early back in 2023, right after Australia announced the aged-care pathway, and on which we have continued to deliver results through 2025.

Milestone case:

·Domestically, a 5-year veteran of the media industry / A senior journalist

·Moved to Australia on a family-support basis to accompany a child studying there

·Seized the aged-care fast-track policy

Three-step turnaround:
1
3month(s) to complete the Cert III aged-care course
2
rapidly took up a role at an aged-care facility and stood out through strong communication and a real sense of responsibility
3
via the Labour Agreement stream

market-testing waived

lower English-test threshold

2weeks to lodgement

-3months to grant — no additional documents requested482

In the client’s own words:

Career-switching isn’t about luck — it’s about reading the policy right + and being willing to put in steady, honest work.

Research-track Masters and PhD

A breakthrough on a new pathway

2025, on top of the standard bachelor- and coursework-masters applications, we made a concerted push into research-track masters and PhD applications — and clients responded with strong endorsement.

Why the research track?

1. Real savings — in hard cash
Scholarships cover tuition + and living costs — in some cases students end upnet positivewhile studying

2. Direct pipeline into a PhD
A research masters is the best springboard to a fully-funded PhD
Strong performers can progress straight into a PhD within the same research group

3. Longer post-study work visa
A research-track masters graduate is eligible for a Subclass 485 post-study work visa of up to  3 years
which is longer than for coursework graduates by 1 — giving a clear edge on local experience and migration outcomes

Direct feedback from clients:

“Excellent — truly excellent. Every question answered, always in good time.”
“If any of my family or friends need this kind of help, I will absolutely recommend Newstarsec.”
