A:482 must satisfy the TEMPORARY SKILLED MIGRATION INCOME THRESHOLD (TSMIT) minimum income requirement. In the 25-26 financial year, 482Core Skills rose to $76,515. Specialist Skills annual salary rose to $141,210. This requirement is adjusted every financial year.
Q5. 1 year of work experience — can it be accumulated through PART TIME or CASUAL?
A: Within the past five years, experience must be accumulated on a full-time, part-time or casual basis. Part-time or casual work, when converted, must be equivalent to at least 12 months of full-time work.
Q6. How can you make an initial assessment of whether an employer qualifies to sponsor?
A:
Check whether the company is lawfully registered and operating normally.
Check whether the company has a genuine need for the position.
Check the company’s operating performance and whether it has stable income.
Check whether the company and its directors have any adverse records.
Q7.What fees does the employer need to bear?
A: The Department of Home Affairs’ official fees are adjusted every financial year.
Taking the 25-26 financial year 482 visa as an example:

A: Yes, you can, The new employer lodges a new 482 nomination, and before the nomination is approved the applicant cannot work for the new employer.
