The Grants Kept Coming This Week! Subclass 191 Now at July, with Plenty of 491/190/189 Grants Too! Skills Assessments Still Going Through, and Visitor Visa Processing Eases Up!

Most of this week was dominated by news about state-nomination quotas, with the visa backlog meaning this financial year’s allocations can’t really improve.
So given that the federal government keeps stressing that issuing fewer invitations this year is all about clearing the backlog, let’s just pray that for the rest of this financial year we at least get to see visas being granted smoothly, especially in the skilled migration categories. Please!
