BC Employer Sponsorship Tech Pilot
Tech Pilot is BC’s provincial immigration authority’sfast-track pathway for in-demand occupations. To apply for Tech Pilot, besides meeting BCPNP’s basic application requirements, applicants must fall under one of 29 in-demand occupations.Draws and invitations are issued every one to two weeks — the points requirement is low and processing is fast!
Application requirements:
1. The occupation falls under Category 0, A or B of Canada’s National Occupational Classification (NOC)
2. At least two years of relevant work experience
3. A full-time, indefinite-term job offer from a qualified employer
4. A minimum of CLB 4 (equivalent to an IELTS score of 4)
5. A diploma qualification or higher
6. Good health, with no criminal record

Ontario Tech Talent Stream Tech Draw
The Ontario Tech Talent Stream’s Tech Draw was introduced to meet Ontario’s growing demand for labour in the tech sector,particularly in cities such as Toronto, Ottawa and Waterloo.
Once an applicant is approved for provincial nomination,they gain an additional 600 points in the Express Entry ranking,which is virtually equivalent toa guaranteed place for migration.
Software engineers, data analysts, web designers and developersand other roles are all included on the invitation list.
Application requirements:
1. The occupation falls under Category 0, A or B of Canada’s National Occupational Classification (NOC)
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
3. A bachelor’s degree or higher;
4. A minimum of CLB 7 (equivalent to an IELTS score of 6)
5. The applicant and accompanying family members have no criminal record and are in good health.
6. Intend to reside in Ontario
