Victorian Students Rejoice! Hop On Any V/Line — Daily Cap Drops to $9.20
If you’re a Victorian student putting together your Easter holiday travel plans, this news couldn’t have come at a better time!
The Victorian transport department has announced that V/Line fares will be slashed from 31 March. Take the V/Line out to Victoria’s regional towns, and the daily cap drops to just $9.20!
New Qualification-Recognition Rules from 2023 — International Students, Take Note!
From 1 January this year, there are some new changes to the way international students’ qualifications are recognised.
1. Overseas qualification recognition for returning students has moved from the former “Waijian” portal to the “Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE)” website. The link is below:https://www.cscse.edu.cn/
2. From 1 January 2023, the documents accepted for qualification recognition have also changed. The main change is:
“From 1 January 2023, with the exception of official degrees from Spain and Italy, recognition services will no longer be provided to holders of certifying letters from other countries (regions) who have not yet obtained their certificate.”
3. The documents required for qualification recognition after returning to China include:

The overseas qualification/degree certificate or higher-education diploma to be recognised (hereinafter “diploma certificate”). Upload format: PDF, no larger than 5M.

The passport (travel document) and visa (endorsement) used during your overseas study. Upload format: JPG, no larger than 1M each.

One recent standard ID photo of yourself; any background colour is acceptable. Upload format: JPG, no larger than 1M.

The diploma-certificate verification authorisation statement, completed and signed as required by the CSCSE. Upload format: PDF, no larger than 1M.

Other relevant materials. Upload format: JPG, no larger than 1M each.
