In April this year, my Australian student visa application was refused because it involved backwards study. As I had graduated with an engineering bachelor’s degree in China, after the refusal I reapplied for the Civil Engineering programme at RMIT.
Worried that there might be issues with the visa, I turned to Newstarsec for help with the student visa application. At the start I was very anxious about being refused again, given that I already had a refusal on record. But Channy reassured me: there was no need to panic just yet. While a refusal does carry some impact, as long as we identify the reasons, sensibly revise the documents to address the case officer’s grounds for refusal, and supplement and refine them, there is every chance of approval. That put my mind at ease considerably. I was still a little concerned, though, since the two visa submissions were so close together. But either way, you have to give it a go — do your best and aim for the best outcome, so there are no regrets!
Throughout the process I provided detailed documents following the team’s steps. The copywriting consultant polished my GTE statement thoroughly and precisely, and the consultant even followed up on the visa once on my behalf — because my master’s programme started in mid-July and I was afraid of missing the start. Finally~ on 4 July I received the grant letter.
All in all, choosing the right agency really does matter so much! Sincere, direct, professional, attentive — when an agency delivers on these, you won’t need to hesitate. Huge thanks to the professional agency Newstarsec for helping me successfully secure my visa, and for giving me the chance to realise my Australian dream!
