Subclass 482 employer sponsorship, for the position of Statistician – 224113,nomination secured in early June, granted two and a half months later! Employer sponsorship now covers a wide range of occupations and is being processed quickly.

Subclass 870 Granted
When the client first contacted us, their visitor visa was about to expire, and their goal was to keep their elderly parent’s time offshore as short as possible. We advised them to lodge the Subclass 870 offshore, re-enter before the visitor visa expired, then renew another visitor visa to wait onshore for the 870 to be granted. In the end it was lodged in mid-May and granted for three years in mid-August!
