New South Wales 190 overseas submission requirements:
1. Under 45 years old
2. Have a skills assessment (just list it in the Migration Bureau)
3. EOI 65 points or above
4. English must be 4 or above 6 (IELTS or PTE)
5. Living overseas for more than 6 consecutive months

The industries invited by Xinzhou include:
Health
Education
Construction
ICT
Agriculture
NSW also tends to select applicants with longer relevant work experience

*As of the publication of this article, NSW has not issued the first round of invitations for this financial year.

*491The policy has not yet been finalized.It will still be some time before invitations are sent. The government will first process the applications that have been pre-invited in the previous financial year before deciding on policies and openings.




Victoria


Victoria 190/491 Overseas submission requirements:
1. Under 45 years old
2. Have a skills assessment (just list it in the Migration Bureau)
3. EOI 65 points or above
4. English must be 4 or above 6 (IELTS or PTE)

Victoria’s priority areas for this financial year:
Health, social services, computer ICT, early childhood education and secondary school teachers, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure industry, renewable energy services and tourism (limited to 491)

Victoria’s selection rules for this financial year:
-Not based on the EOI score, but based on the conditions in the ROI, such as your age, language, work experience, etc.
For overseas applicants, we prefer those with long work experience, good language skills and skilled spouses

Victoria’s latest invitation round situation (9.25)
In this round of invitations from Victoria,Most invitations are given to overseas applicants., under the same conditions and conditions for the same nominated occupation, more overseas applicants are invited. Western Australia

190/491 Overseas channel submission requirements:
1. Under 45 years old
2. There is a skills assessment (the nominated occupation is on the list)
3. Four grades of 6 or above in English (IELTS or PTE)
4. Skilled migration score is at least 65 points
5、To submit the 190 channel, you need to have a job offer related to the nominated occupation, and the construction industry is exempt; for 491, all occupations themselves do not require a job offer.

Priority industries in Western Australia:
Building (highest priority)
Health care and social assistance
Hotel Travel
Education and training

In the first round of invitations
All the occupations invited are related to architecture, not only local applicants currently in Western Australia are invited, but some applicants who are former Western Australian graduates and are currently overseas or out of state have also been invited.

2. Have a skills assessment (the nominated occupation is on the South Australian Occupation List)
3. Four grades of 6 or above in English (IELTS or PTE)
4. Skilled migration score is at least 65 points

3. English requirements require at least IELTS 4 and 6 or equivalent English scores
4. You need to refer to the job requirements on the QSOL occupation list
5. Must still be working in the nominated position when invited

Queensland 491 overseas channel submission requirements
1, EOI score needs to reach 65 points
2, the position is in the QSOL491 occupation list
3. English requirements require at least IELTS 4 and 6 or equivalent English scores
4. You need to refer to the job requirements on the QSOL occupation list
5. Must still be working in the nominated position when invited

Queensland is in the recent round of invitations
There is invitation data both domestically and overseas. The data we receive isMostly in IT and engineering fields, scores are concentrated between 90-100 points.

Canberra 491 overseas channel submission requirements
1, EOI meets 65 points
2. Have a skills assessment
3. One year of working experience in the nominated occupation

5. Have not lived in Australia for at least the past 12 months and do not hold an Australian visa (except visitor visa)

3. Have three years of nominated professional work experience
4, there are four languages 7
5. Have not lived in Australia for at least the past 12 months and do not hold an Australian visa (except visitor visa)

Canberra’s latest round of Matrix invitations (9.15)
Canberra conducted two rounds of invitations this financial year. Since the first round invitations were issued before quotas were obtained, the invitation scores were basically the same as the previous financial year, and the invitation scores were lower (our overseas applicants also received invitations in this round).In the September round, due to the impact of quotas, the invitation scores increased rapidly, and the scores for a few professions almost doubled.
