Hard news
VU Sydney campus may offer students applying for early childhood education gd courses in the future. To be selected for a video interview (it’s a spot check, it all depends on luck!)The school said that the purpose of adding interviews is to examine whether students are really suitable for early childhood education courses. 7. The federal government is sending money, 40,000 Australian dollars!
Although it is given to local students teaching, it proves the shortage and continued need for teachers in Australia!
Education Minister Jason Clare said: “Teaching is one of the most important professions in the world, but we don’t have enough of them.”
When designing the scholarships, the government held discussions with school principals and teachers to establish that the scholarships would need to include a period of teaching requirements. It is worth noting thatScholarship recipients MUST be willing to commit to teaching in a public school or early education institution for 4 years (undergraduate) and 2 years (graduate)!
More details are from the official policy interpretation: https://ministers.education.gov.au/clare/commonwealth-teaching-scholarships-old-school-idea-tackle-new-school-challenge
The translation information of the above pictures comes from the official website.
Although this money-distribution measure is aimed at local students, it proves it! There is a serious shortage of teachers in Australia. Friends who pay attention to official government information can easily find that the Australian government has actually been providing various subsidies to the education industry again and again. In the latest “Annual Occupation and Skills Report”, Australia has updated its 23-year shortage occupation list, and the demand for early childhood education is the largest in Australia! so,Don’t worry about whether there are too many students in early childhood education, whether I will pass the exam in the future. I personally think that it will be a shortage industry that can be applied for in the next three years! Good job! Still a good immigrant! ! !
