移民局3月24号在墨尔本与移民律师进行了内部交流会，以下是交流会的几大要点，Newstars摘要大家最关心的一些信息出来（文末附会议摘要完整版）

基本信息

1、On track to deliver permanent program of 190,000.（正在稳步实现本财年19万PR的审理和发放。） 2、Additional 13,750 humanitarian places for Syria and Iraq progressing although not as quickly. 3、Doing their best in fiscally constrained environment. No growth in FTE staff therefore caseloads run under constrained staff loads. Volume is growing. （全职人员不增加，压力山大呀！）

技术移民GSM

1.Email response times - Trying to action within 28 days. Looking at beginning of February at the moment which is one month behind.（尽力28天内回复邮件，现在3月23号回复到2月初，延误一个月左右） 2.Encourage complete applications and upload by ImmiAccount.（鼓励完整材料递交申请，并且通过ImmiAccount上传材料） 3.Staff doing lots of overtime and working Saturday.（天天加班，甚至周六也上班，这也是最近挺多童鞋大晚上或者周末收到准签信的原因，给局里竖大拇指！） 4.Allocation in one month. （平均一个月分到CO） 5.Over 50% processed within three months and target is 75% within this time.（50%三个月内下决定，目标是75%） 6.Operating ahead of pro-rata. 3.4% above rate. This may slow down finalisations.（谁叫Y的不按规矩pro rata办事，前几轮超额发放热门专业名额，减慢下签速度）

学生签证

1、New Student visa regime will come in to effect on 1 July. （新的学生签系统将于71开始执行！） 2、 It will be possible for all student visa applications to be lodged online. （亮点！有期待，是否海外中国的学生也可以自己递交学生签？） 3、Current subclasses will cease on 1 July. 4、Subclass 500 for all students. 5、 Caseload was 6,400 as of last Friday, compared to typical caseload of 2,000.（业务量达到6400，审理速度大大放缓，315有续签的童鞋只能耐心等待） 6、 Working with other centres to help out on processing.（求助其他处理中心外援） 7、Expect to have caseload back to normal in two to three months. （有望2-3个月恢复正常） 8、 Will be looking for more information in application forms. （新的申请表将会有更多内容，哭。。。）

配偶签证

1、Processing times 12 to 18 months.（820审理时间1到1年半） 2、 82% expected to result in grant. 14% refused and 4% withdrawn. This is for 820 but 801 statistics are similar.（82%的820递交申请可以获邀，14%被拒或者撤回。PR801的数据与820的数据相差不大） 3、 Integrity issues take up most time and this affects working through pipeline.（材料的完整性是一个大问题） 4、 Highest number of applications coming from China, UK, Philippines, India and USA.（申请者大多来自中国、英国、菲律宾、印度和美国） 5、21,482 active applications for permanent processing. Average processing is 12-15 months (up from six to eight months). Usually done in date of lodgement. This increase is due to volume of applications. （PR 801的审理时间大大加长到12-15个月） 6、Priority processing – look favourably on complete applications. ‘Cleansed cases’ that will be one-touch. （材料完整会有限处理） 7、 There have been some requests for new PCC’s for people returning overseas for six months to three months. We were advised that there may be new information that has come to light and that CO’s have the discretion to request this information if applicant has returned to their home country for as little as one day. （短期回国也可能让补新的海外无犯罪记录） 8、The MIA has requested definition of high risk versus low risk applications and that DIBP look to prioritise cases based on the fact that applicants pay a premium for this visa. （多交钱，优先处理...）、

457雇主担保

1、Issues – Christmas and student peaks (seemed to be very high this year compared to previous years), staffing challenges. There has also been a range of systems issues. （申请人数大量增加） 2、Processing times – Allocation eight to nine weeks.（457审理时间约为8-9周） 3、Committed to meeting five day service standard to reply (up from three days).（在5天之内给及回复，真的吗...） 4、Last priority is for people who send in docs attached to email as opposed to being uploaded（通过邮件递交的材料处理会较慢） 5、 457 program policy management is preparing response to questions from MIA, MA, LIV, LCA, etc. Looking to take content off the pages. Would like to add information on to website to explain how complex 457 applications are and that individuals and companies should be encouraged to seek professional advice.（申请457不是一件简单的事情，建议咨询专业的意见。） 6、Still waiting on applications that have been lodged in December.（12月递交的申请仍在等待审理中） 很好的一个问题，很多学生常问道我们的，为什么BVA和确认信上经常是以前的地址？ 答案是系统的问题！ Answer: This is a systems issue. Members encouraged to send examples as to where this has occurred.
